In another legal setback for Ed Martin and his breakaway group, Phyllis Schlafly’s American Eagles, a federal judge dismissed a countersuit they filed against Eagle Forum earlier this year.

The countersuit attempted to strip Eagle Forum of the right to use the use the name “Eagle Forum,” the Eagle logo, and various other trademarks the organization has used for many years.

It was just the latest in a long line of attempts by Martin, the current President of Phyllis Schlafly’s American Eagles, to further his own personal interests by destroying the very organization that Phyllis Schlafly spent a lifetime building.
